Interval International

Last September we got an annual membership which came with certificates for free exchange time. Due to COVID we could not use any of the certificates. We wanted to try and use one this September but it says our annual membership will expire during the trip. I contacted them and they said their policy for COVID to not make adjustments for anyone. We completely wasted a year's membership. Everyone else is making changes to help each other during this pandemic but Interval International is only after the dollars with no regard for the people behind them. Very poor customer service policy.
