Alison is amazingly professional and unbelievably knowledgeable! I helped to coordinate a friend's wedding in Bora Bora recently for a party of 18 and Alison was on top of it from day one. Great response time, reminders and suggestions. She kept us informed of any changes and requirements into French Polynesia and we all got there seamlessly. We had the most wonderful time together and all of the pre-planning made it so the bride and I could enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend working with Alison and everyone should check out Bora Bora! It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the privilege to visit!

Alison at tahiti travel mate is absolutely one of best travel agents i have ever had traveling to tahiti was fairly complicated process between al travel arrangements which included not only airline flights but ferries to various islands shuttles to intl airports smaller airports within the island taxis and shuttles to three different resorts what an adventure the ETIS requirement was simple enough to accomplish and covid testing and documentation was a breeze w emed and navica app my vacation plans started out as drem and seemed almost impossible but Alison got us thru it every step of way thank you Alison for chance to see a truly wonderful place.

We used Tahiti Travel Mate for booking our wedding and honeymoon on November 2021 to Tahiti and Bora Bora. Let me just say it was the best decision ever! Alison worked with us in every single detail and she was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She was able to get us an upgrade with Four Seasons Bora Bora to an OWB with a plunge pool, which was an absolute dream! She walked us through every step of the way, specially with Covid restrictions which made us uneasy these times. She provided us with great travel tips, all the assistance with choosing the right resort, best wedding package and excursions based on our personal needs and expectations. Oh My Goodness! Where do i begin? From the moment i started communicating with Alison, she was the most helpful, brilliant, responsive, organized, detailed oriented, and patient travel agent! Truly the best in her business. Me and my now husband wanted to go to Bora Bora on our honeymoon that we had been dreaming about for 17 years! Alison not only helped us make a decision about the stay, the hotel, the activities we were doing, but really worked around our budget and still gave us the very best experience! We just came back from visiting for 9 days and we are still blown away. Bora Bora is truly a slice of heaven. Alison's excellence in the details made our trip the most special and remarkable of our lives from the moment we landed in Tahiti, to the transfers to Bora Bora and our actual hotel. When i had questions, she was always patient to explain everything and also return my emails almost immediately. When i talked to her on the phone, she was joyful and gracious. I've never met a travel agent who truly cared so much not only about providing the best customer care, but also about the actual experience of the people she was providing the service to. We highly recommend using her for anything French Polynesia related and we are already dreaming of our next vacation to Bora Bora. We will for sure be using her again!
