        Miss Pat!!! I cannot THANK YOU enough for all you did for us at "the last minute" . . . and during your recent personal loss of your husband. Everything you stated was so (1st time we traveled by air), your explanation of the process, what to expect, what to asked, what "not" to do. . . because of your explaining the process and it going smoothly our trip to enjoy our daughters wedding was a HUGH SUCCESS - I know because of your personal touch of taking care of us. . .God Bless You we will definitely take that cruise now!!!
