        This location is horrible! Ordered 3 items online, but when we went to pick it up only 2 items were available (even though we were told all 3 were ready). Decided to cancel the item that wasn't available and was told to wait 7 business days for a refund. 11 business days later, still no refund!! Called and was told the order was never cancelled. Have to wait another 7 days for a refund. Keeping my fingers crossed that I do get my money back from these inexperienced "store managers" and workers.

        While not great, the people who are rating it 1 star saying the customer service is awful are likely some of the ignorant, downright arrogant, full of themselves customers that the store had to deal with on a regular basis.
