I have been doing business with Stewart Title/National Title for several years. Dindy Roa’s service and professionalism is top notch. I have been doing business with her for over 20 years and have closed hundreds of transactions. She is dedicated, trustworthy and professional.

Did about 1 1/2 inch pile of paper work signing for my first house purchase. I wish I had someone with me to photograph such event. Besides that its a very nice clean and very presentable office.

My experience with stewart title was by far the worst. Total nightmare!!! Let’s start with the escrow officer herself. Dindy Roa, not only is she unprofessional, rude, condescending, she also disclosed personal information including my banking information, balances, to the sellers realtor unnecessarily. My information was compromised while in the process of closing my purchase loan. Was on the phone with her when a fraudulent email was received let her know I got an email never did she verify acct number, routing number, or bank name when she called which resulted in fraudulent wire information being received. Not once did she bother calling me to verify information. Funds were sent to a fraudulent acct which happened to be the exact amount of my cash to close. Emails were being received while she was communicating with my broker and realtor but never communicated with me until we realized funds were sent to a fraud acct. Now, the company, said my transaction was top priority and under investigation to see what went wrong however was pressured into still signing my docs and called by Dindy and she said at least you have more money to close your deal. After signing docs only called me once because I called. And I didn’t hear back from Stewart title or Dindy herself for 2 weeks. Ironically my bank was able to recover partial funds and then Dindy called wanting to know the amount I was refunded and got upset I didn’t tell her and hung up on me. Anyone using this company please be vigilant about wanting to use Stewart title to complete your home transactions. Avoid by all means! Your information is not safe here!
