I came in for an oil change and was grateful they had availability that same day. I asked them to check the wiper fluid because I had just run out. When we picked up the car the manager said they checked the wiper fluid and the cabin filter. I noticed within the hour that the wiper fluid was not working so I checked under the hood. The wiper fluid tank looked empty and I could tell from the layer of dust on my cabin filter cover that it hasn't been checked at all. I brought the car back that day and they had a young mechanic, who without saying anything filled up my coolant. I asked him about the wiper fluid and it said it's full. I said I can't see any liquid in there so I asked to show me. He pointed to the tank and said, see the fluid is up to there. I said "You can see that?" because I still couldn't see anything. He was standing over the tank and I didn't want to push him aside to look down into it and seem like a crazy lady. I said fine and left. We went home and took a flashlight to look into the wiper tank and it was clearly empty. I could see the bottom of it. We went to auto zone and refilled it ourselves. I really hope they actually did the oil change since they didn't do any of the other things they said they checked off. I would normally would go back to there and talk the person in charge instead of writing a review, but I already tried that. I spent $50 on an oil change I don't even know what was done.
