I went in to get 4 snow tires installed and an alignment. Two of the tires were put on the wrong way which I found out while getting an oil change in Colorado 2 days later. When I called them back, they said they can't refund me unless I come back in. I told them I am in Colorado otherwise I would've just gone back in to get them fixed because that's all I want. They said they would have the manager call me back but it has been 5 days now and no one has called me back. My car alignment was also not done correctly because it still pulls to the right.

Unfortunately i do not have a good experience with this dealer. I bough a set of 4 tires about 6 months ago , About a month ago one of them exploded , I went back to this dealer to get another one because it was under its warranty , The associate told me , they cant do anything to help me , because i have to star a claiming with the manufacturer directly and he gave the manufactures phone number. I did call the manufacturer they said they are willing to help me but is the dealer who have to star with the process, due to the negligence of this guy i couldnt Get my warranty. I had to buy another one of course in another store. I don not recommend this dealer for the reason i mentioned above.
