These people are liars and crooks. I was told one price over the phone, then after he gets to my property and takes out the part of my television, he asks me to sign a document with a different price. When I confront him about it, he says that's the price. I tell him to get on the phone to ask his wife what she told me. He refuses. Then he has the AUDACITY to tell me he's going to charge me to put my part back in. I told him, No! He then brings my part from his van and puts my part on the floor and tells me good luck. Then he leaves. I'm going to do whatever I can to bring this business down. That's poor business!

Dirty and stinky serviceman, who rambled about conspiracy theories and the Earth being flat. He clearly did not know what he was doing and struggled to get the rear panel off and back on my TV. Now two days later my TV won't even turn back on. DO NOT use this company...they operate out of a dirty van and clearly don't have professional standards.

We are a honest home based company and these reviews are from customers that were expecting something for nothing. This is why we don't give over the phone estimates. It not appropriate to give a quote on a repair that is sight unseen or let them make payments on a repair (we are not a bank). We try and be fair and our goal is to make a living and save our customers money at the same time.

They diagnosed my TV repair over the phone, and told me that I needed a new "Lamp/ Bulb" for my older Hitachi, 50" HDTV. I authorized the purchase of $100 on my credit card, for a factory bulb rather than an "after market bulb"; (they told me that the after market bulbs didn't last long). I received a call from them a week later, once the bulb arrived, and they came to my house to install it. Turned out that the Bulb was NOT the problem, so they told me that I needed to replace the "Light Motor / Panel", and that they would do that, including the bulb, for $500 TOTAL Price. I DECLINED THAT OFFER, and said I would go put that money towards a NEW Smart TV. Then they proceeded to try and discourage me from doing that, saying that the government and bad guys can spy on me through a Smart TV etc.... I'm like "What tha HeLL Ever! They told me that the bulb I just WASTED $100 on, was NOT refundable since it had been installed, yet they put it back in their van and tried to take it with them anyway. I told them to give me my damn bulb that I already paid for, and get the hell out of here. This old man and old woman are TERRIBLE @ BUSINESS, and it shows in their appearance and everything they do. If you hire them to fix your TV, Do NOT give them any money before the TV is actually FIXED.

Burkes helped me with an very rare input on the back of my receiver that I damaged that would have left it useless. He worked on it for over an hour and just charged me the shop $20 minimum. They are a home based business and are knowledgeable. I would trust them with my electronics repairs in the future.
