Platinum Tax Defenders has helped me with my tax situation. The process was sometimes long and I think I lost hope on clearing this up many times however, in the end it was resolved and I am extremely pleased with the outcome!

So thankful for the REAL reviews previous clients of Platinum have left! I feel so grateful although so sad so many people have had such a terrible experience. I’m very fortunate God nudged me to pull back and away from working with this company. It was something I could not shake after speaking with a very charismatic and smooth talking SALESMAN (whatever his job title is, he’s a sales person- I even said please don’t sell to me) the very smooth sales talk nature is what truly alarmed me. I truly am so grateful God intervened on this by nudging me to look into this company and see the experiences from people. None of the positive reviews had ANY real details. The negative reviews all had very good details and I reached out to one who told me in detail their experience. I hope that anyone who comes across the company reads the reviews and takes them seriously and doesn’t move forward. I spoke to another company where I live and they were much more down to earth and straight forward about the situation. Please don’t work with these guys. I’m so grateful I didn’t. Plus their responses to people’s reviews Are hysterically classless. Another reason I couldn’t move forward! Can’t wait to see if they respond to mine in the same arrogant condescending tone. I can’t wait to share that to my social media following and have a laugh!!

My experience with them was getting them to return my calls was almost nonexistent. They sent me a email addendum to sign that darn near doubled my payment to them. I repeatedly tried to talk to Chris about why my payment was going to be much higher than I had agreed to. To the point I finally had to put a stop payment on my monthly payment to them. Well, that certainly got their attention. and I finally got a call from them. Turns out they were trying to charge me for filing returns which most likely wasn’t necessary since I had no income for that period. I really wanted to like those guys and feel confident they were doing what they said they were doing. My case manager kept asking for paperwork that I had already sent her or I did not have. Rachall , case manager, really gave me the impression she wasn’t in to doing too much . That’s just how she came across to me in my opinion. I honestly wish this would have worked out. Feel like I’m starting over with square one now. Form your own opinion and good luck with them.
