Llamamos al IRS y nos dijeron qie el ITIN estaba bien que no habia problema alguno. NO SABEN HACER TAXES BATALLAN MUCHO, NO ESTAN INFORMADAS, Y NOS QUITARON MUCHO TIEMPO 3:30HRS PARA NADA!! Fuimos a otro lugar y en menos de 1:30 nos arreglaron los taxes nos van a dar mayor reembolso y nos cobraron 3 veces menos que en Toro Tax.
