We had a horrible experience. We were having issues with our spa jets and when he couldn't get them unclogged, he poured acid into them and it ruined the sides of our spa. He was not apologetic and refused to pay to replaster the sides. He never told us there was any risk when he did the acid treatment and we have spoken to 2 other pool companies who said that this was absolutely not the correct way to try to fix the problem. So now we have to pay $2000 to replaster our spa. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used Thompson Pools for my weekly maintenance. After being unsatisfied with the poor customer service and poor work I called in mid-October to cancel. I was told my service was canceled and I wouldn't be billed again. I was billed another $160 on November 1st, I emailed the owner Jon and the customer service person Shane and my email went unacknowledged. I called on November 11th and was told it was just a mistake on the back end, they were sorry and would have my card refunded. Since then I was charged again on December 1st, and now January 1st for a total of $480 in unauthorized charges for work that was never performed. I sent a certified letter to the address on the receipts only to have my letter returned as being an invalid address. I looked up the business, and the business ID through the state of Nevada shows it is revoked. A search on Clark County website doesn't show a business license. This is a highly unethical business in which you will only leave disapointed. Services: Cleaning, Swimming pool equipment maintenance, Hot tub equipment maintenance, Swimming pool water analysis

I would give NO stars. The ABSOLUTE WORST company ever!! The tech Andrew plays on his phone, doesn't SCRUB OR PAY ATTENTION TO ANYTHING involving my pool. Doesn't add salt. Tried calling, emailing MORE THAN SEVERAL times NO response. I have camera's all over. Last time he came was for exactly 2 1/2 minutes??! and did NOTHING! Evidently, this owner doesn't care about his business. ANTHONY & SYLVAN referred this company. I bet they won't be referring this company anymore. I want my money back from Thompson pools. They get an automatic payment withdrawn from my account, so they don't care if their techs work or not. What a shame! UPDATE!! I got through to the company and they sent someone else out and he did a great job! Unfortunately, between the hard water and the guy not doing his job, itll be awhile to look like new again!! Thank you Shane(sp)! Youre amazing!!!!
