I first meet John and Cindy when I purchased my home three years ago. I have a complex pool system and they had maintained it for the previous owner. John took the time to explain the different elements to my pool system and why they did what they do. He and his crew are always on time and reliable and always answers my questions. I would recommend John and Cindy for any pool, big or small. John and his crew are very easy to work with and have a passion for their job and is not seen very much anymore.

Anger issues. Don't even know what to say, other than I'm now searching for a new pool guy to service 5 different homes because John freaked out on me and my family. Absolutely ridiculous. We had been with this guy for 4 years. I'd keep searching before picking these guys.

I called to ask if he did relays on the pools and he said he didn't know how much the relay would be on my system. I then told him what the part cost with a certain company doing my homework and he said he doesn't do work that he doesn't supply the parts for. I just said okay and hung up.
