Our serving team Alex and Ryan were amazing. 10/10. Everything was excellent. Recommend the bone marrow and steak tartar. I dont drink alcohol and they were able to come up with delicious mocktails for me that wasnt just soda and syrup.

Cleaver is worth the money! The atmosphere is awesome. With the entire restaurant wrapped in the same wall paper. Portraits of different stars dressed in royal garb. Elegantly placed vintage items displayed in the different sitting areas. The adult beverages were simply made with liquor that was carefully selected for their smoothness going down. They had a large variety of adult beverages for people of all connoisseurs of adult beverages. The food was wonderful! I had the Surf and turf. The lobster and filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. I devoured the lobster right away. They provide you with some melted butter to dip the lobster in. It was divine. The filet mignon was like eating butter. It was very easy to cut and to chew and I got mine cooked medium. I am usually a very fast eater. However this meal I savored and was actually the last person finished with my plate. It was the perfect amount of food and I wasn't ready to leave, but wanted some dessert. I ordered the lava cake and vanilla ice cream. The richness of the liquid chocolate was divine. I had Three friends with me and we all were able to enjoy this dessert. My friend ordered the cheesecake with strawberry compote on top. The cheesecake was crumbly, light, but rich in taste. The staff was wonderful. They came to us with perfect timing to top off our water, beverages, to ask if the meal was ok and if we needed anything else. The bathroom was clean and didn't have a stink to it. The mirror had a variability light that you could change how much light it was given and the strength of the light. Warm to bright. I noticed that their soap dispenser was broken and therefore there was no other soap provided to the customer after they went to the bathroom. I did let the waitress know that the dispenser was broken and she stated that she would let the staff know. All in all I would eat here again! I wish there was one in the Fresno/Clovis area!
