Not a fan. Their whole premise is you sign up for a membership to get a deep discount on their products. OR, what I found, you could just go online and get the same discount without the membership. Really poor selection of mens clothing & sizes.

The credits that they give all there customer are great for women but not for Men. When my sister or mom use the account they have a wide selection of sets to choose from and can always find something they like. However as for the men, they have very few kits/sets online and so you end up having to get single items that are cheaper then you paid for the credit. If they do have a set you like good luck finding it in stores. I have gone to the store so many times to use my credit and when I talk with the associates they aren't helpful or have the full set instore. For example, today i went to the Summerlin Store and they had the To-Go shorts that I love, online you can get a certain tank top but they have the opposite one instore. I would have loved if they offered to switch it to the other tank or said i could take the shorts today and they would ship me the matching tank. They did not do that. Then instores they only carry regular length and as someone who is tall can never try on the tall length to see if it works or get the gratification of buying it instore and wearing it the next day.

Wow I am sad to post this but I am at my wits end. I went into the Downtown Summerlin, LV store to exchange a gift. I ended up purchasing additional items with the exchange. All of the transactions got logged under my friend's account who purchased the gift for me. A week later Fabletics charged me for my membership and my friend's membership who bought me the gift. The store put my card under my friend's account to be charged for her membership. Trying to get that money back has been time consuming & frustrating. I have spoken to two managers who cannot do it right. They refunded my friend's account when I am the one paid for the credit and they have fought me non-stop on giving me the money back. They told me to dispute the charge with my bank after admitting they erroneously charged ME & gave the money back to my friend. DO NOT BUY A GIFT THROUGH YOUR MEMBERSHIP. What a nightmare for the person receiving it if they have to return or exchange. I have been a loyal Fabletics customer for years and will never buy another gift again for anyone.
