Great location. Parking can be tricky but lots of it if you go to the end of the block. Cindy helped me and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find sizes and offered different color options. Sad to learn that they'll be lowering their military discount this month.

Sub-par customer service for a store that is so expensive. Granted, the quality of their items are on point, however that does not mean to disregard the importance of maintaining a customer-oriented vibe. The customer service at the Summerlin location has been progressively decreasing over the course of this year. I go in there & expect a warm, NOT GENERIC SOUNDING welcome. In addition.... the lack of overall enthusiasm is extremely disappointing & disheartening to the point of it having a negative effect on one's mood at that point 👉 in time. I will only remove one star. Once the vibe & customer service improves in adequacy, I will uhpdate my review accordingly. I was just at this location yesterday & again, spent a substantial amount of bread here, only to leave feeling reluctant & somewhat regretful at spending any money there, let alone stepping foot in the store AT ALL.
