Visited from out of town and was not disappointed. Owner is very involved with his business and I love to see that!

Good experience. Relaxing. Owner is really nice but can be a bit talkative but really nice.

The front desk person was so rude and uninviting. I have never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome in a business in my life. And as a bonus I got diagnosed with a bladder infection a few days later (could be coincidence but I doubt it). I will definitely never return.

I was hoping it was going to be better than it was. It was my first time. They asked us to come in 30 minutes early to show us an introductory video and give us a tour. Im not sure if the lady was busy or just killing time, but my boyfriend and I sat in the room for awhile just staring at each other after the video was over. Once we got into the room the cleaning filter stopped and had to jump in to the pod to not waste time taking a shower. I had taken one before coming so I was pretty fresh. I tried the light vs dark. I preferred the dark. The music was sorta loud and so I had it off half the time.I think I was distracted by the smell of chlorine (or the salt) which was more pronounced with the pod door closed. It also got a tad too warm and the air was thick. I tried to breathe through my mouth so I wouldn't smell the chemical smell. For that reason I would recommend leaving the door open. I did prefer using the neck pillow which was not recommended by the lady. I honestly really wanted a pool noodle for some reason. And, I kind wish I had a snorkel because I would have preferred facing down. I know these ideas are unorthodox for how the float is supposed to be done. Overall. Im glad I finally tried it but I think I enjoy a good steam room better. Even swimming in a pool on a float is more relaxing for me.
