    The doctors there are the best but the front of the office staff is horrible. Need new people because they cant even answer phones or let a customer know your being put on hold.

Well, I said "hello, good morning" and he said hello and reluctantly, really, he answered me later, I explained what he wanted to know and he told me something that they didn't mention And then he tells me anyway, give me the date of birth so I say what do you give, so I tell him not to say that to me and he tells me what did I tell you and I ask him if he knows what a costumer is service and she tells me no I mean she treats your patients as if they were the same oh family I wanted to talk to the manager and she tells me I am the manager but I know she is not the manager because I had already talked with the manager before and I realize that it is according to an "Administrator" because what a rude and disrespectful person, terrible service at the front desk, terrible, very disappointed!     A phone was left at this clinic and was picked up by a employee. The office was confronted about the phone and no one wanted to return it. In specific a certain employee at this clinic was acting suspicious when the phone was being requested back to the owner. In conclusion this staff is shady for not returning the lost phone. How can a person be working on patients directly as a medical assistant and steal a patients phone and not return it?? Shady, horrible, unprofessional and thieves.

    I went for COVID testing on 24 Nov and was told I would receive results in two days (Thanksgiving Day). I figured I'd get results on 27 Nov (the Friday after) because of the holiday. Here it is 30 Nov, a full week later and I still have not gotten my results. I went to Elite Medical Center at 10:30 pm on 27 Nov, paid $150 and had results in 4 hours.
