I arrived to Las Vegas around 9AM from a 14 hour flight. I called The Palace Station prior to my arrival to see if there was a room available for early check in. The gentleman I had spoken with on the phone couldnt reach the front desk to confirm if there was a room available but suggested that I come in and speak with someone at the front desk to see if they can accommodate my request. He had also mentioned that I will receive a players card and a temporary card to enjoy their amenities while I wait. After catching TWO UBERS, I arrived at the property and was greeted by a rude staff member. Marlene was very rude, unprofessional, disconcerting . After I explained the conversation that I had with the receptionist over the phone prior to me coming, she dismissed my concerns and told me to comeback later. As a local, a businesswoman, and someone who travels frequently, this was the most unpleasant experience Ive had at a hotel in a while. Will not be come back.
Rooms: Once I entered the room, there was a couple of spots that wasnt wipped down properly. I had to ask the housekeeper, who was still in the hallway for assistance. Sink kept making a weird noise throughout the night
