Awful management. I wanted to return shoes after 4 days of buying them as the had already broken. The manager said I could only swap then for the exact same shoe, but they didnt have my size. So she INSISTED that I take the shoe in a different colour (not the ones I wanted, bought or even liked!) she said shell call customer service and she did and came back to say she was told it was her decision and she wasnt budging on the fact I had to accept the pair or shoes that were completely different because it was the same style (the shoes I had were light and she wanted me to take black and orange ones). She was more interested in the interview she was having on a bench outside than helping a customer. Went to the other journeys and was welcomed much better and was greeted with a lot more professionalism. I asked her to print off my receipt as my email receipt was never sent to me. She managed to pull up the receipt but never printed as there was no new transaction. She clearly had no idea what was going on and was well out of her depth.
