Great shop, they were able to fix the eyelets on a pair of work boots that I thought might be beyond repair. They did really nice work on them, will be returning with other items in need of repair.

I took my Stuart Weitzman short boot to have the heel fixed. I was quoted $35 or over $100 to reattach the heel and re-wrap because the heels leather was beat up. I paid up front $35 to have the heel reattached only. Went back in the next week, picked up my shoe in a plastic bag behind counter. Got home, put it on, heel not fixed. I went back in two weeks later and the woman had the audacity to claim I brought a different shoe in. It wasnt fixed and instead of saying it was their mistake that they gave it back unfixed she said You have lots of shoes how do I know what you brought in. I argued with her then walked out with my broken shoe and of course no refund. Just this woman accusing me of mistaking my own shoes. Joke.

This place is awesome! Great customer service from the beginning and a very quick turnaround to get my boots reheeled and shined up. Glad I found this spot!
