I once said this place had Good food, fast service, no line. Unfortunately I think I was premature in the rating. The last few trips have been subpar service at best. For example, I ordered a hot sandwich. It was setup and put In the toaster. The person started on the next person's sandwich. When the oven beeped, my sandwich was pulled out but sat there as she finished working on the other person's sandwich. I don't mind waiting, but not at the cost of ruining my food. Quite a bit of time passed before the person making the food ended up getting back to me. By then the sandwich had congealed cheese and meat was cold. Not the best start. On a subsequent visit, I found they had no lettuce. This location does not seem very prepared to help people. And does not seem properly staffed for the line of people who have been there when I was. As a result, I have reduced my rating.

The worker in this Sunday afternoon is amazing. He's fast, courteous, and keeps the place clean. I didn't have a tip for him once and he said it didn't matter as long as his service was good. It's always awesome service with him.
