Great customer service. Extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. Easy to deal with. Their number one goal is to make sure you have a great vacation and experience with their RV. Friendly, accommodating, flexible and extremely responsive. Service manager Steve is top notch and makes sure any/all questions are answered and any issue resolved 24/7. Jax the owner was fantastic to deal with prior to booking, during our trip and even after. Highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend this place enough! They have an absolute gift with renovations and such an eye for design! Every RV they do is unique and special, not just a cookie cutter type thing. You know you are going to get a one of a kind RV! My experience was super nice, they are super friendly and Jax went well over above and beyond helping me out, even answering my novice RV questions a year after I bought my RV. They genuinely want you to get the most out of your RV and enjoy it to the max! I bought Bubba, a beautifully renovated 2006 Cedar Creek Silverback with an awesome industrial / Cabin feel and it is gorgeous. It doesn't even feel like an RV on the inside, it's more like a tiny home lol super cozy and homey. Again, greatly recommend Free Bird RVs! I will most likely be back again in the future! Check out all their RVs before you pick one bc they are all so unique, you will surely find something you love!

Where to begin?! Jax and her team are the absolute best in the business. Not only do they care about the product they provide, but they care DEEPLY about their customers. In life things don't always go as planned. It's the people who stick around to the end and make things right, that you want to do business with. Jax was communicative throughout the project, during delivery and didn't hesitate to make the hard phone call when something went wrong during transit. She was quick to bring a solution to the table and we were left with an amazing RV with TONS of personality that will rent like a dream. Thank you to Jax, Steve, and the rest of the crew for everything! We look forward to buying more for our RV park in Watson, OK.
