IHOP

The water has weird after taste probably tap water. I got the pancake combo. Sausage was cold temperature, scrambled eggs ok, decent hashbrown, and 2 buttermilk pancakes were decent. In my opinion, not worth the price. If I ever go there again would only get pancakes. If you do go there make sure sign up for IHOP rewards to ear pan coins for food.

The server was nice and apologetic about the wait and I get it you can't control the way your boss places staff. I honestly felt bad that she has to work here of all places to pay her bills. A half hour went by after we ordered and when they started bringing out our food, THAT is when the busser came out and they told us they don't offer something *that was on the menu* anymore. When my mom tried to get something similar, they snapped at my mom about pricing. Then they brought out the rest of the food and so much was messed up. At least our server noticed and made sure to have it fixed for us. But she even told us that there were only 3 people on shift. When we first got here, the place was full and some people waited so long to pay for their food that they walked out without paying. ONLY reason this is 2 stars and not one is because of our server. The rest of the staff were rude and inconsiderate.

The wait for our food was very length 45min to 1 hour for only just three plates. Keep in mind that it isn't busy. When we ordered our drinks the waiter just loudly put our drink on the table. Even the coffee we order he just gave us the mug and didn't offer, if we wanted refills; When the food arrived we didn't even receive silverware either. The weird thing is that to the table behind us the waiter was very friendly to the them and even let them know that because of their patience they got a discount on their meal. The only thing I'm grateful for was that they didn't charge for one drink we ordered.

The waitress last night was such a sweetheart. She has to work two jobs to survive during this pandemic. To all my friends please visit this Ihop, and take care of her by being extremely generous when tipping her. She does an excellent job.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being served by Joseph. He was so attentive! Checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were still doing okay. He was so friendly and made great conversation. Amazing food and even better customer service! Staff was inviting and very polite. Will be back soon!
