Lip Smacking Foodie Tours

I was very disappointed with how much the tour cost considering the quality of customer service in light of circumstances outside of our control. The company owner/tour guide had a rude attitude when we needed to make adjustments to our tour. Car issues in Arizona leading to a delay in arrival back in Vegas, which lead to a further delay in my partner being off work on time the day of the tour put us in a position of needing to reschedule. The company owners lack of willingness to give grace and be kind when it was obvious we were dealing with many obstacles was stingy and disappointing. By pure luck we got the car back in time to rush back to Vegas to do the helicopter tour as planned (10 minute ride & $250). We ended up wasting the remaining $400 as we were unable to attend the food tour. I gave two stars rather than one because, to the owners credit, he did move the food tour portion to the following day. Nevertheless, I explained the work situation and he was unwilling to offer any sort of company credit or reschedule or even a display of kindness in spite of the circumstances. I just wish people were more understanding and less greedy when people are making an honest effort. But, he got his $650.

Alex was so knowledgeable. The company was able to show us a fascinating side of Downtown Las Vegas that I never knew. The food was curated to showcase the creativity of the chefs/restaurants. It was a wonderful experience in small or big groups. Highly recommend

So much fun. I totally recommend this. We did the savors of the stip tour. It was excellent. The food was really good and the other people on the tour were great. Jim our tour guide was great and really made the experience. You most try. We will be back for sure
