Applebee's Grill + Bar

The staff, especially the waiter was very accommodating and attentive. The food was very good, I had the riblets plate with fries. They added a new option since I was last there, the meat can now have "Asian chili" sauce but I opted for the honey barbecue. The drink shown in the photo is a special for the holiday (Saint Pat's) called the "Tipsy Leprechaun". It was tasty and had no hard alcohol taste without being too sweet. Irish whiskey, melon liqueur, and lemon/lime soda are the main ingredients, for $5 a damn good buy, I'd get it if you can. I don't go to Applebee's very often but this location is always worth the wait

This place is disgusting , The managers touch customers food with no gloves , Constantly Wiping their noses , Scratching butts . Ive seen food runners -servers - hostess take food from one table to another table because the people that work at this establishment just cannot hack it in a work environment and lack ethics , morals and etiquette . The manager in this photo touching customers cold food with unwashed hands and no gloves ,ready to serve is Quanisha or whatever her name is , starts with letter Q. The hostess Jennifer is Extremely rude , witnessed her using vulgar and inappropriate language with another hostess on a few occasions. Overall this place is very Ghetto, lacks quality and unkept.

i went here on new year's eve to get dinner and i made the waiter i had aware i wasn't able to eat pork options due to my religious beliefs and he completely understood . and even showed me a picture of him putting no pork on the ticket for the kitchen. come to find out while i'm eating my meal i was told had no pork as i was handed it and couple bites in i realize there's bacon. i handled the issue with the server and manager but was very dissatisfied due to how the manager handled it. he only asked if i wanted something else and when i said no showing obviously i was upset , he failed to give me a complimentary milk shake( was told it was complimentary but had to pay for it anyways) then was given a free appetizer coupon. i'm very upset because i feel it wasn't taken as seriously as me ( a manager at a food establishment) would handle a situation like that especially since it was something so serious. very disappointed.

It was close to the end of the night , they did look short staffed but they didn't skip a beat, shift manager greated us as we sat down and handed us menus . We didn't have a waitress but we never felt her absence, Stacy came in and took our drink orders and was very attentive throughout our dinner, then we found out that she was one of the bartenders as she never lost focus of our need for drink refills and any inherent needs, kudos for such a great team. Pleasant personality and great service!!

Today I wanted lighter fare and not a heavy meal. I opted for the double crunch bone-in wings and a side Caesar salad. Applebee's offers a nice variety of sauces for the (9) wings. I selected the classic buffalo which was flavorful, not spicy but had an interesting kick and I loved the crunch. My server was friendly and polite. I had asked for a soup/sandwich kind of meal which Applebee's doesn't offer. I enjoyed the wings, and the salad. The greens could have been a little crunchier. All in all a great lunchtime meal topped off with the Triple Chocolate Melt. Delicious!!
