        I usually love cici's but this last time was a disappointment. Everything was not fresh or tasty, the bathrooms were not clean, the staff didn't smile or even engage with anyone. I don't know if I'll go back after this experience.

        Restaurant was dirty with food on the floor. There was not a good assortment of pizza on the buffet. Employees were rude and untrained.
