The food quality and pizza taste is most excellent and at the highest level beating all competitors. That's the honest truth. Negative comments and the Do List for owner to make immediate changes. 1. The personal size pizza per corporate standards and regulations does come in the thick size at every franchise. This franchise owner wants to save a few nickels and only offers the standard thin crust as an option. You can make a medium size in the thick size however they refuse to give the customer the same option on a personal size. 2. FIRE CODE violation. The exit door is locked during business hours. Therefore any disabled senior citizens cannot exit the restaurant and must use the entrance door in order to exit. If the entrance is being used then the exiting customer must wait for the entering customer to cross the entrance threshold. The building engineers and the Las Vegas fire department require a restaurant to open all doors during business hours. The restaurant MUST not lock the exits. My safety is in jeopardy and my life is at risk when inside this restaurant. Sincerely Mr. Mangas Las Vegas Resident
