On-time, polite and great price! We asked for an afternoon time-frame. They called morning of to let us know when they would be available and he arrived at that time. We had most of the documents in binders that could not be shredded because of the metal rings and he worked with us to get them separated and processed. The cost was actually less than we were quoted. Will definitely call them again.

From scheduling to pick up, the Assured Team is fabulous. They are very quick to respond and the day of pick up is seamless with continuous contact letting you know when they will be at your doorstep. We will keep using Assured.

We have used Assured Document Destruction, Inc. for several years. It's easy to make an appointment, they are on time and very professional. Ronald kept us updated on his projected arrival time, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Asured Document Destruction, Inc.

All interactions with Assured, from scheduling with Vanda to shredding with Rich, were personable, professional and courteous. Rich called to say he was on his way. Once he was at our office he was polite, friendly, efficient and careful with his shredding cart and our boxes. I would use Assured Document Destruction again without hesitation.

Everything was simple and went perfectly! I was arranging this for someone else and didn't want to look bad or put them out if something went wrong. The driver called in the morning with a one hour window (which was better than most companies who give you a 2 or 4 hour window) and showed up right on time. He was wonderfully pleasant, efficient, professional...wish I remembered his name. Taryn, the Security Specialist I worked with to get it arranged was right on top of things with fast responses to my neurotic queries. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
