To say that Katie Meadows is a ”BOSS” is an understatement! She under promised and over delivered in helping us find a home in an extremely competitive sellers market. Well spoken and a polished professional with respect to real estate and as an individual who is also kid friendly. She is responsive with verbal and electronic communication tools, through phone calls, text and email. There were multiple phases throughout the purchase of the home. From looking over virtual listings, physically looking at properties, making an offer, acceptance, due diligence, inspection and closing. Katie was with us every step of the way. When the offer was written, she walked us through each section in the paperwork and explained it to us in layman terms. Once we had an offer that was accepted she continued to work with us in making forward progress. As a Real Estate agent she gave us the comprehension we needed to make informed decisions and also advised us to consult legal counsel with contractual agreements for specific items. During the due diligence process, the inspector advised us of discrepancies via the inspection report and Katie knew who to contact to gain an additional detailed perspective along with the appropriate remedies to continue toward the path of closing. She represented us very well throughout the experience and negotiated the reasonable and potentially major fixes needed in order to help us close. After all was said and done, we received our keys due to successful negotiation, funding, closing and recording. Overall my wife and I can say that Katie did us justice as a master of her craft. She and her team have earned our loyalty for a future sale or purchase. We couldn’t have done it without her!
