        We have been here about six months. We love it. The grounds are always nice. Management is wonderful. If something needs to be fixed, its done immediately. The townhomes have plenty of closet and cupboard space. The layout makes it easy to clean. A two car garage! The rents are very reasonable. Why pay Summerlin prices when you are less than a mile from Summerlin shops an d restaurants. The location is perfect. Two minutes from 215. Tons of shopping options. This place is a hidden gem. I shouldn't be telling you about it!
