Ron is so thorough and personable. This was the best experience I have had with a polygraph. This was my second in my life and I really appreciate the time he takes to make sure each question is going to completely cover the situation at hand! Lifetime resident of Las Vegas here. As a Las Vegas business owner and lifetime resident I often need lie detection such. I went to this company regarding something in me personal life however but it's not the first time I've used polygraph such. In a nutshell I was very easy to work with had just two queztioms that I was assured would be asked. After the person was tested I returned and was informed the video "may not have recorded so now I can't see it but the biggest blow was my second and most important question was not even asked AT ALL. SO NO.VIDEO plus most important question not asked. Fine I'm reasonable let's retest I suggest. Ron says he will at no cost.(polygrapher) has not answered the phone or returned my calls now for quite some time. My advice is don't use this company unless you enjoy throwing $500 down the drain like I did.
