I paid for my grandkids photos cash money in the envelope have not received any of their photos and the light headed lady has not a clue. As parents we need to stand together and start filing criminal charges against this company. Its not the money for me its I dont like to disappoint my grandkids.

ordered photos months ago and cannot get a hold of anyone to find out where it is!!!!! On hold for a long time then disconnects......

They didnt take my daughters picture (shes in Kindergarten) because she didnt have a piece of paper with her. No one said she needed anything, and my other daughter had her picture taken with no problem. I always order photos online, and even though it takes a very long time, I usually get them. Now I dont have any school pictures for my daughter for her first year of school. I hate that the school continues to use them even though theyre terrible.

Ordered pictures ($40) - Never got them. School gave me the LV office number which is a recording to tell you to call the 800 number. The 800 number routes you to an out of service number for their LV office. The customer service is lacking tremendously and I'll most likely never get pictures done again if the school keep using this company.
