I would not recommend this company for photography to anyone. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. I have calls 6 times and left 4 voicemails and none has returned my call. I don't see how you can run a business if you do not contact your customers back. So now since I can not get ahold of them I have to redo my daughters graduation pictures! This is the company the school uses for pictures, I have complained to the school and hopefully they will not be using them next year because I am not the only parent who complain. And the worst part is now I have to pay to have my daughters hair and nails done all over again and find a company with the same cap and gown and try to get all this done so I can get announcements out, very frustrating when all they have to do is return my call.
