We have been using All Around Pool Care for almost 10 years. Dave is proactive in maintenance and is available whenever inevitable issues arise. I would & have recommended this company to my friends!

Dave and his team have been servicing our pool for about a year. We find his work Excellant. He is always responsive when we call and is very dependable on his weekly service. We enjoy working with him.

I don't normally write reviews, however I feel compelled to do so here after my experiences with this guy, as a warning to anyone that may consider hiring this guy. In summary, if you want to hear a good story initially, and then be subjected to no shows, no responses, schedule commitments, only to be bumped by another job, and absolutely no follow through, then this is the perfect pool guy for you. I contacted him because I found myself in a unique situation where I had hired another pool guy to do some work on my pool. Sadly that guy ended up in the hospital about halfway into the project. This is a rental house for me, and my renters were becoming frustrated with the lack of the pool being available. So I had to find someone else to take over the project. When I explained my situation to this guy, I heard a lot of compassion and promises, to include that he'd be out on the job over the next few days to get started with the prep work, and then finish everything up after the memorial day holiday (he was going out of town for the holiday). This is when the fun started. He didn't show at all, didn't reply to voice mails or Txts for days. Then after the holiday weekend I tried him again, no replies after several attempts, until he finally answered the phone. The discussion was full of a bunch of excuses, he advised that my job had been bumped from the original slot of the weekend after the holiday. I asked for an explanation, and he advised job before the holiday weekend wasn't ready, so it slipped to after the holiday. I ask HOW, that was my slot. He had nothing but more excuses. So I then I tried to pin him down for a date that he could do the work, he said he'd have to check his calendar when he got back to the office at about 5pm, in which he promised he'd call me back with schedule info. Of course, he then went dark...again. So after repeated attempts, and no replies, I finally took a last act of courtesy and sent him a txt advising him that based on my experiences with him, and the complete lack of progress that he left me no choice but to post a negative review on the internet. Miraculously he then surfaced, and said that we was going to do the job the upcoming weekend, but that he wouldn't now. Like I'd still want this guy to do any work for me now ? He cant even return a VM or txt msg after no showing for over a week and a half. And then only replies when I advise him of my intentions to post a negative review. Now I've lost almost 2 weeks, my renters are even more upset because they scheduled an event involving the pool this upcoming weekend, and I now have to search for yet another pool company and start this effort all over yet again. Sadly it seems clear that Vegas is full of shady pool guys. This guy is clearly one of them. And it also appears the companies in Vegas that seem reputable are massively over priced, likely because they know Vegas is full of shady pool companies, so they can charge a considerable premium, just to avoid having to deal with terrible customer service. Regardless, my review and my advice is to STAY CLEAR of this clown. He's full of promises in the beginning, but he doesn't deliver. And he's non responsive. And when you finally do reach him, he's nothing but excuses. He even tried to tell me he threw his back out, which is why I hadn't heard from him. Really ? He cant make a phone call, or have a co-worker call me with an update ? Finally, a message here to the 140 customers that this guy boasts he has currently: I'd strongly suggest you look for a new pool service, because this guy will leave you hanging, and/or he's likely already ripping you off. No one that runs their business in this fashion can be trusted, even if you are an existing customer unknowingly suffering from the illusion that he is doing a good job for you.
