I have known Sarah for years but didnt get the chance to work and collaborate with her on creative projects until the beginning of 2020. She is someone I call my friend as well as colleague! I hired Sarah as a boudoir photographer last winter; it may have been around the time she began the journey of building her business and brand, Sarah Rose Photography. I was referred to Sarah by a mutual friend. Sarahs prices were/are incredibly fair, considering the time and efforts she put into our boudoir session before, during and after. Sarah provided the location/setting, I bought the lingerie, and together we came up with a theme and/or vision for photos. I appreciated Sarahs honesty and communication throughout our first session together. Boudoir modeling is very special for both the photographer and model(s) involved. Its a sacred experience, in my opinion, and hiring Sarah was the best decision I could have made. She is a photographer who understands and respects all humans, who gets the big picture. This is not just another person taking images Sarah pours her heart into her work. I didnt know this at the time, but in hindsight this first boudoir experience with Sarah served as a catalyst for me to grow as a model, professionally and personally. We worked together so well the first time that we planned and hosted Boudoir Days at other special locations, for special occasions (Valentines Day, for example). Its been a privilege to work alongside such a genuine and creative woman. To bear witness to the growth and evolution of her craft over the last year has been so inspirational for me. Sarah continues to work and go to school full time while perfecting her art. She brings a lot to the table as a creative director, mentor/guidance, inspiration, her skills behind the lens and in the editing room are unique and welcoming to the eye. I am eager to see more from my dear friend, Sarah. I know this woman to be ambitious, successful, kind and an absolute joy to work with. Shes second to none.
