Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst staff at the pharmacy! They dont answer ph calls. I went to the pharmacy To pick my meds, waiting 30mins in line and they refuse my meds at 5:15 since they close at 6. Awful staff

The pharmacy wouldnt even pick up the phone, for fifteen minutes they just kept putting me on hold repeatedly.

They might have 2.7 stars on the app. But if you look at the dates, they havent earned anything but one star reviews in the past year. Absolutely terrible customer service. There is rarely more than one window open, and that one wndow is almost always exceptionally slow. The line usually extends half the entire length of the store, and it takes close to an hour to get seen. As you wait in line you hear multiple phone lines just ringing. I was in line for almost an hour the other day and the whole time the phones would ring and ring and just never be answered. There were also numerous moms and dads with kids getting the vax who were waiting more than two hours past their scheduled appointments. The pharmicists are disrespectful and sullen. I have one perscription that i fill there once a month. It almost always requires multiple trips to actually get it filled. Theres always some kind of excuse or controversy. This is extra annoying because like i mentioned each of these trips requires a 45 minute wait in line. Personally im switching either over to walmart or mailorder. Ill drice the extra 10 minutes to not hace to deal with all tye nonesense

Terrible service on the phone. The man in the pharmacy dept. acted like was too busy to help and then hung up.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Most overpriced pharmacy ever and the return policy is ridiculous. Will never shop at Walgreens again. So many alternatives out there.
