        Placed order for 12 balloons for a Memorial gathering for 2pm. Got there at 1:50pm. Associate didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Another associate wandered around lost, then after conversation told me that a big order came in unexpected and they were filling it. Mind you, I placed this order a week ago. PAID IN FULL!!!! DIDN'T WALK OUT OF PARTY CITY TILL 2:37PM. The balloon release was at 2:30pm. Do better Party City. Smh
