Rock The Tea

Great experience! This was a great opportunity to have my daughter's birthday party at a themed venue. Such a memorable and fun event. This venue offers all kinds of events, but chose on of the hosted party packages. A very organized experience, starting with great communication from the venue explaining what to expect and concluding with a fun event that is run by the event host. Having clear advance communication allowed me to explain to participants what to except. Having an event with a host. Allowdd me to enjoy watching the event, because someone else was organizing everything. We chose a 'spa' inspired party and invited boys and girls. The host knew exactly what to do to get everyone involved. We brought our own food (due to allergy issues) but it was truly effortless. It is hard to imagine I will ever bother doing a party somewhere else again. The price tag was exactly what I would have expected and you get a lot for the price. I am so grateful I chose this organized and fantastically designed place!

The staff was shockingly rude. As soon as we arrived, and before the party started, the host told us we need to prepare to vacate quickly, for her next party. Always a polite way to open. Her mannerisms were cranky and abrupt, with no please or thank yous as she bossed everyone about. Considering it was a childs tea party, her bad manners were inappropriate for the occasion. We won’t be putting ourselves through that again.
