After I told Dr. Birchell I wanted to get a second and a third opinion when he told me he had to cut all my toes off and other doctors told me they were not infected. Is it because Casey gets paid by the tow and then he canceled on me twice and I got upset when I was already in town when I lived 60 miles away from his office And his office will not allow me to be seen by him

Super great Dr very caring and listens to what you have to say. And will give it to you straight not there to take your money when it can be avoided. He pulls no bones tells you straight.

I have never in my life dealt with an office staff so lazy and incompetent. Everytime I had the unfortunate need to call this ridiculous place, I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. I even called right when they open, it doesn't matter. I think they ascribe to the reasoning of. .if we leave them on hold, they'll just hang up. I am looking for a new surgeon. .

They never answer the phone, it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of somebody.
