Nevada Orthotic Care has been more than an exceptional experience. Doctor Heinrich and his compassionate staff have been friendly and professional throughout the process. My daughter generally dreads going to a doctor or dentist office. But not with Doctor Heinrich and his staff. No matter what procedure was scheduled, I was allowed in the room and was able to comfort my daughter if needed. Her braces are now off and her smile looks fabulous. Thanks Nevada Orthotic Care!

We chose Dr. H. because he was willing to work with us with a lower down payment than anyone else. Our daughter has been a difficult patient. Her ortho plan is challenging and she has not been the most cooperative, refusing to were the rubber bands during school, taking them out after she goes to bed, etc. Dr. H. helped us come up with a plan that would work for her. Thank you Dr. H.

We were new in town and were searching for an orthodontist to continue treatment for our 10 year old son. We were very discouraged while visiting several orthodontic practices in the area of Henderson, NV and got different opinions on how to proceed with my sons treatment. Each practice had more or less the same idea of what needed to be done, but we were given a wide range of estimates ranging from $2000-$4500 and time frames from 12-24 months and all wanted a large down payment. NONE of them wanted to continue the treatment we had started with the other doctor( there goes the money we already spent down the drain). They all wanted to start from scratch and I noticed that none of them said anything about what would happen if he did not get in all his adult teeth before their time frame was past. By the time I came into the office of Dr. Heinrich I was stressed out and frustrated. During the exam I was greeted warmly by all his staff I came into contact with and was elated by what Dr. Heinrich proposed. FINALLY I had found a doctor that understood our concerns and issues with transfering from another doctor and he offered us options on how to proceed from where we had left off and we did not have to pay a down payment. He also did not want to do anything that maybe unnecessary depending on how and when my sons adult teeth would come in. I am so ecstatic to have found such a sincere orthodontist who makes my son feel like a friend in for a visit rather than a patient getting some work done.
