I have been a patient of Dr. Morris for over 10 years and he and his staff have been GREAT !!! I always feel like family when I go in and I appreciate their abilities to take care of my EYES!!!

I called to make an appointment 8/15/16 @8:30. Their receptionist was horrifically rude. She speaks to you in a condescending manner as if you're an idiot. It got to the point i had to hang up on her because she was so rude and of course would not let me speak to her supervisor.
IM POSTING AS MANY NAD REVIEWS I CAN because this receptionist should NOT have a job. She has no business setting up appointments or dealing with patients if she has the ability to have an attitude and speak to people in such a rude condescending manner. This Doctors office is a disgrace
A Receptionist and staff are supposed to be an extension of the doctors they serve. By my impression of the nurse who ended up yelling at me on the phone, this doctors office is not run in a professional manner. Never in my life have I experienced the type of crass behavior that i did on the phone with this woman.
Shame on you
