    This place does not even deserve the one star. The staff is all incredibly rude. If you are thinking of going here, save yourself the time. Not only do they take forever with everything, they lack communication and respect for people and, to top that off, they lack customer service. I made an appointment, yet I had to wait 1.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen (they saw someone before me, this guy who had gotten his appointment date mixed up and wasn't even scheduled for that day). Then the doctor saw me and prescribed me eye drops that I did not need. I asked for my prescription to be filled with my own frames which I bought IN PERSON at the RayBan store and I was told there was no issue with me doing so. Time went by and they finally got my lenses in so I was asked to bring my frames in to put the lenses on. I never asked for my glasses to be adjusted as the frames fit me perfectly, however, Betty Richard decided to start adjusting my temples WITHOUT my permission. She proceeded to morph my glasses so much to the point that it was very apparent and when I asked for her to fix HER mistake, I was met with not only attitude but disrespectful comments about my appearance, I got called "fat", "old", and "ugly" (not sure what anything about my appearance had to do with this incompetent lady not knowing how to do her job, but to top it off she was very unwilling to fix her issue and called me a liar saying my glasses were fake Ray Bans. After I called my insurance company, little miss incompetent decided to do the right thing which was to order me a replacement. I was told the replacement would take 3 weeks max, however, over a month went by and not once did they contact me. In fact, a friend of mine happened to be at this plaza and offered to go in and ask for an update and he was conveniently told that the temples had JUST arrived (yet, I was still to receive a call). As per my insurance, it was within my rights as a customer to ask for a certificate of authenticity (or at least an invoice or receipt copy) to ensure that they did in fact order the parts from ray-ban, however, Petty Betty refused to give it to me and proceeded to call me a liar and said that it was me who had the unauthentic ray-bans to begin with. I hope no one gets to experience this type of treatment, specially not by someone who looks like the lightskin version of Willy Wonka, but more than anything, Betty Richards, I hope you win the lottery and lose the ticket

    They are unprofessional, racist and rude to the customers. If youre asking for things they arent aware exist, they just say youre wrong and treat you as if you were ignorant. I think they dont know much about the business and less about customer care.

    Purchased a Groupon and just called to schedule an appointment. They only take appointments on Mondays Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays??? Weird to start. Bit the main reason why I am writing this review is because the woman that answered the phone was rather rude and very short with me. Not looking forward to the appointment I just scheduled

    I really will never understand what kind of enjoyment anyone gets out of belittling people but Betty Richards really is the reason we were all born with a middle finger. This lady, really had the audacity to be disrespectful with me when I asked her to fix a mistake that she made. To top things off she attacked my roommate's physical appearance when asked to fix the issue and then told me to never go back in her store after replacing the temples of the glasses with, what I can only assume, are fake Ray-Ban temples as she refused to provide us with a copy of the receipt or invoice or a certificate of authenticity. This is very upsetting as I spent close to $200 to purchase that frame, in person, at a Ray-Ban store at Caesar's Palace and even showed her the receipt to prove it because she demanded that I did otherwise she would not own up to her mistake or order the replacement parts. Seriously, look into going somewhere else for your vision appointments, do not even go here as your last resort. Nothing is worth the stress and harassment we just went through.
