Dr. Peguese my mom loves that you take the time to help her. The biggest problem I have with your office is most of your staff they are very unprofessional. The lady that's at the front counter reeked of pot and her attitude is she doesn't want to really be there she's just there for the paycheck. The old guy that works to the left of the counter was knotting off like he was high as a kite and he kept sayingI'm big Mike I don't know what that was about. But my mom was very impressed with the lady that helped her Tonya I believe that was her name she took the time with my mother and explained everything in Spanish. I understand that it's your office and your a great Dr but some of your staff are not the greatest and maybe shouldn't be in this line of work.

This sounds like it should be common sense but any acute eye issues you experience - call your eye doc! Urgent cares and ERs are not equipped with the proper machines/tools to evaluate your eyes! Dr. Peguese and the staff here were phenomenal. Very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Peguese is very knowledgeable and treats you as if she's known you a while. A little context - Last week unbeknownst to me, I had a corneal abrasion in my left eye. If you've ever had one then you know the pain is excruciating and feels like a sharp edge of a rock constantly cutting your eye. I woke up with a painful and swelling eye. It hurt to blink, close or basically do anything with that eye. My first instinct was to call mobile urgent care because I had no driver or babysitter that day. They diagnosed me with corneal abrasion and prescribed an antibiotic eye ointment. They also recommended that even if I feel relief from the ointment (which I didn't) to see an optometrist  regardless. I'm so glad I did!I called later that day before their closing time and they said they would be able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning. I was greeted by their lovely staff - check in was smooth. They did a quick eye exam and then Dr. Peguese came in to evaluate my eye. I explained what happened and she did her thing. She put some numbing drops in my eye and a plain contact to act as a bandage - it was instant relief! Like I said, although urgent care was right with their diagnosis, there was only so much they could do without proper equipment. I was so grateful! And she prescribed an antibiotic eye drop to replace the ointment that urgent care prescribed. I had some issues with my pharmacy not having the initial one she prescribed in stock. I gave Optic Gallery a call and Dr. Peguese worked with them to get me an alternative antibiotic drop. I had my follow up visit today, my eye is healed and I have nothing but nice things to say. I was in and out!So far I've had great experiences at both Optic Galleries that I've been too. Highly recommend. And another win is that they are located right next to Cinnaholic :)

I scheduled an eye appointment for my son April 1st at 1:30 pm. My son who right after school headed across town to his appointment called ahead and his he will be about 10 mins late. They responded as long as you arrive no later than 1:40 you are okay. My son arrived 9 mins after his scheduled appointment. They said you have no ID no payment so lets just reschedule. I had filled out the forms the night prior. He had his student ID the forms and payment. So my son walked out as he should. I called and I addressed that the whole front staff was extremely unprofessional rude inconcederate. I DO NOT recommend this place. RUDE RUDE front staff . It is a shame because they have two great doctors. NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
