This location is by far the worse service. Ive been here multiple time. When its busy and slow and its the same exact service. Ive waited for long periods of time due to self service printer being broken and they dont have other staff helping at the desk. If you know that your machines are broken shouldnt you have other employees helping when its busy? Cashier just look over and doesnt bother helping. Not only when its busy but when it was slow today there were 2 other employees at the desk. Saw me one walked away whole the other put their elbows on the desk while watching the other employee and looking over at me. I am not the person to complain but when its this slow what is the excuse? Or even when its busy why dont you have more staff helping. Terrible service.

I can’t say enough nice things about the operation manager Sarah . She went above and beyond along with her co worker ! Very thankful and appreciate the customer service!! Go buy ur self a soda guys !!!

Slow and Indiferente service (don’t care for customers) at this store. Will never be back here . 1 Rep to manage the customer desk with 5 waiting to be served and this is the slowest Rep I have ever seen
