        I used to be at a Regus in Henderson and transferred here. The office staff is very nice. They are great. This review is not about them. The actual Regus business process is SO bad. They have stopped forwarding our mail twice without warning, after we asked them to keep forwarding it when we moved. Another time I asked about office pricing via email and had to follow up twice before I got a response. I opened a new LLC and asked them to forward that mail. They never replied so I thought it was handled. My husband went to get a package today and they had zero record of the new LLC. Then I got an email saying we would need to pay more for the new LLC - thats totally fine, but why didnt they tell me that when I emailed three months ago? When we get a package, sometimes they call me, sometimes they email me, sometimes they call my husband, sometimes they email him. Its always random and there is no set process to it. Its super frustrating as a busy business owner!! Knowing how much work it is to change business addresses, do NOT let your business have an address at this Regus. Go literally anywhere else.

        Horrible company, horrible service, stay away!! they will lie and steal your money! changed the terms without my consent and did not cancel it!! BEWARE

        This Regus isnt as stylish as some of the others Ive been to but it was clean and well equipped and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Ill go back again.
