Louise is a chill guy. But many times this place has caused me a lot of wasted time. Twice they've "tightened" my chain only to have it come off the next day. (Seriously, BOTH times. And I was still charged to get it re tightened) I got asked to be there 10am so he can replace my chain. I get there at 10am and no one showed up until about 10:30. I dropped off my bike & he said it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. 2 hours later there's a guy in there blasting music saying we haven't touched your bike & Louise left. Why was I even told to come in at 10am? Work ended up being done at 2pm. A chain replacement.

If I could I would give this place Zero stars. I took my Can-Am Spyder it was not running, Luis the owner said he would get it running, it turned on and left me stranded 2 blocks down. He charged me $380 for that service. Then he charged me another $75 to tow it back to his shop for 2 blocks. It sat there for over 6 months no follow up call from him, left several messages and no response. Finally I gave up and decided to go pick it up he tells me it's still not running and charged me $700 for a storage fee otherwise he will continue to hold it hostage. That is ridiculous!!! I hate this place and the HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau to get my money back since nothing was done to my bike!! Stay away from this place, read the reviews and do your research!!

Dont bring your bike to this place. Terrible track record of shoddy repairs and obscenely long turn arounds. Be weary
