Mary Suzohne West is quite literally the most kind, intelligent, driven, outgoing and genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She truly cares about your situation and works night and day to take care of you! She updated me more than I have seen, even in the customer service industry. Suz has helped my daughter and I with 2 diffrent homes. First one several years ago which went very smoothly, no issues. Just this month she has helped facilitate the loan to close on my new home. She has a talent in navigating the requirements, providing common sense explanations, overcoming obsticles and getting the loans approved. A great person to work with for anyone needing a home loan, I highly recommend her services.

From the minute I met her she was eager to help us get in a house, and she never stopped.. literally even after we’re in our new home, she’s still here for us...
