Kelly and his team are great to work with and are the best mortgage lenders in Las Vegas. When we bought our first home we got multiple different quotes from different lenders and no other company could come close to their rates and loan prices. We have since used Merit Lending to refinance and purchase another home and will continue to use them. They are responsive, easy to work with, and make the loan process less stressful. They also have great attention to detail and honor what they say. I would highly recommend Merit Lending and Kelly and his team.

the whole merit lending team is great. communicative and helpful. Everything you want. Plus, let's be honest, the fees are the main thing. I got three other quotes and they beat them all by several thousand dollars.

Me and my husband used Merit Lending for our first time buying a home. The staff was incredible and so very helpful. Kim was always keeping us updated on where we were in the process! They made it go smoother than I would have ever imagined, as buying a home is a bit stressful. Id recommend them to anyone and couldnt thank them enough for helping us on this journey!
