I met Micheal Moran real estate agent via realtor, home sell and buy search app, around March, 2021 when my mortgage pre approval letter left to expire only 10 days. Meantime, he couldn't find a house which I was looking for because my mortgage amount was low and had little time to search affordable house. He kept in touch with for few months.  I applied again for mortgage and pre approved for higher amount, about 300 thousands.  I begun to make an offer for buying a house with the help of Micheal Moran real state agent.
