Always very nice and helpful. They really help with getting healthy. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment but besides that, I like them.

Bad management. I've been seeing family doctor for 4 years here. I paid my co-pay each visit, (video call or at the facility). But, the office manager accusing that I missed to pay the co-pay back in 2020 & 2021 visits. The office manager is not organized and very bad management.

Zhongshan Clinic, Dear Dr. Huang: Thank you very much for your treatment and help, which reduced my diagnosis of grade 2 fatty liver disease to zero in just three months under your guidance. (I have several pairs of trousers that I planned to donate because I couldnt wear them because of my fatty liver and big belly, but now I can wear them all, (smile)). saw nurse practitioner Thu Pham and I must say the level of unprofessionalism is unreal. i came in as a walk-in patient because i have been experiencing a severe cough for a week with chest pain (im already an established patient with Dr. Wus office for 5 years now). gave all my symptoms to the MA, letting them know of my chest pain. once nurse Pham comes in she asks all of the same questions (dont mind) but then asks if im having migraines, anxiety any sleeping problems. i inform her that it says it in my chart that i have already been diagnosed with migraines, anxiety and insomnia and that i am already on medications for those, her response? Yeah OK. She then starts listing off medications shes going to send over for me, 5 different medications, when I asked well what are you treating that you have to send over 5 different medications for? her response was Well I cant really say at this point what you have Then how are you prescribing me medications if you dont know what i have?! On top of that when we asked to repeat the list of medications she would be sending over her response was a sigh, and an annoyed Ive already told you Excuse me? you said the names of the medications NOT what theyre for, dont assume everyone knows what you know. i absolutely love Dr. Wus office and will continue to go here. but we will NEVER see this NP again. somebody needs to reteach her bedside manner

PA Quan Ying has been my family doctor for three or four years, and she always puts the patient first. I highly recommend PA Quan Ying to everyone. The staff here are also very friendly and responsible, dedicated people to help us. In this festival, I sincerely wish this clinic better and better.
